Deadlines

There is an OCTOBER 15th of any calendar year deadline for submitting a fully completed application. Foundation staff reviews applications and inquiries on an ongoing basis and typically responds within60 days, although we ask that you allow up to 120 days for a response. The Foundation will send a letter via postal mail or an email message either declining your request or accepting your formal application packet for further consideration. If your application packet is accepted, additional information and supporting documentation maybe requested from you or the educational facility and your message will include detailed instructions. For non-individual applications please allow up to four months for proposals to be reviewed by staff. In some cases, a phone conference or site visit may be scheduled as part of the review process. The Grants Committee typically meets one time each year to consider requests that have been recommended for review. You will be notified if your proposal will be considered at one of the Grants Committee meetings or will take longer than four months to review.
